Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic August 30, 2019. Hot air balloons from around the country gather in Ann Morrison Park, Boise, Idaho, for this annual event. Family friendly. Pilots from Eitenne, Belgium, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, California, Washington. Started in 1991.
